Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples has been an American actress and performer for more than a decade. Most famously, she is known for her performance as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). In addition, she played the title role in the film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Her younger sister is Ally. Aubrey appeared in The Orlando Repertory Theatre in her teens for a period of 10 years. She was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she spoke as the valedictory speech of the class of 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. They had agreed to her admission twice so that she could assume the role as the character of Nashville. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). Peeples was a part of two TV-produced movies: Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She joined the cast in a major recurring role in the second season of the drama show Nashville where she played Layla Grant. Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder when she spoke in the year 2019 by NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples one of the most talented actors below the age of 20 in September 2014.
